Diploma in Pharmacy
The college is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) & Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Govt. of Odisha. The college is affiliated to Odisha State Board of Pharmacy (OSBP). Our college was established and is running successfully since 2004.
In Diploma Pharmacy (D. Pharm) course, we teach Pharmaceutical Sciences pertaining to the Medicine Industry, Cinical Pharmacy, Medicine stores and how to advise the patients about different types of medicines.
Duration: 2 years course and 3 months training.
Course Fees: 3,000/- joining fees & 60,000/-* tuition fees per year (*subject to change as per govt. notice)
No. of seats: We have intake capacity of 60 seats per annum. 51 seats are allotted to government counseling and 9 seats are under management quota.
Eligibility: 12th / +2 in Science (BiPC or MPC). Having passed 12th/+2 Science examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Bioscience/Life- science) and/or Mathematics from C.H.S.E. board Odisha, CBSE board (New Delhi) or any other board, approved by the Pharmacy Council of India. Candidates must have passed individually in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology, both in theory as well as practical. Pass in vocational courses are not eligible. Subject to any amendment of eligibility condition notified by PCI from time to time.

Board: (OSBP) The college is affiliated to Odisha State Board of Pharmacy (D.Pharm Course conducting body in Odisha).
At the end of the course the OSBP awards a certificate and the student is eligible to get a pharmacist license, enabling you to start your career as a pharmacist in hospitals, pharmaceutical industries or as a druggist/chemist at medicine stores. You can also start your own medicine store.
